It is with great honour to invite you to the first session of the Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School Model United Nations (QEGS-MUN) Conference, which will take place from Friday November 4th to Saturday November 5th, 2022 at the premises of Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School Faversham, Kent.
Over the years, it has been an honest pleasure to watch the students at Queen Elizabeth’s partake in Mock MUN sessions and engage in diplomatic talk. So this year, we look forward to welcoming you to join us for our first Model UN Conference.
QEGS-MUN affirms its commitment in offering delegates and student officers an innovative and memorable conference, and maintaining a high standard of fruitful debate while trying to find feasible solutions to real world current problems.
Our focus this year for our conference topic is “Redefining International Peace”. The notion of international peace has gained paramount importance in the aftermath of the Russian-Ukrainian war and not only, the United Nations continued work in playing an active role in preventing armed conflict worldwide and strengthening the international legal order.
